The Fundation Jose Pons has pleasure in inviting you to the 3rd Protection of Industrial and Intellectual Property Seminar

Earlier this year, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) proposed several significant changes to patent prosecution practice, particularly affecting its continuation and divisional application practice, as well as how claims are examined. Furthermore, in July new rules that significantly alter the procedures for submitting information to examiners in compliance with an applicant’s duty disclosure were proposed by the USPTO. If either or both of these rule packages are implemented, they will profoundly affect everyone’s practice before the USPTO.
